‘Oh, Mary!’ Chicago Tickets On Sale Now

THE LOOP — Broadway hit “Oh, Mary!” is coming to Chicago in January, and tickets for its limited run at CIBC Theatre are now on sale. The Tony Award-winning show kicked off a nationwide tour last month, which will include a Jan. 19-Feb. 7 run at CIBC Theatre, 18 W. Monroe St. Written by Cole Escola and directed by Sam Pinkleton, the dark comedy is about First Lady Mary Todd Lincoln, a suffocated alcoholic, in the time leading up to President Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. The critically acclaimed one-act is told through absurd humor and a queer lens, examining Mrs. Lincoln’s “forgotten life and dreams,” according to its official synopsis, with a tight five-actor cast. Find the full tour schedule here. Tickets for Chicago start at $75. Buy them through Ticketmaster here.
