District 24 Public Education Roundtable Oct. 14 in Valley City

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Educators from PK-12 public schools throughout District 24, including school board members, administrators, teacher association members are invited to meet with legislative representatives and state officials to discuss education and legislation priorities. The Roundtable event will be held on Wednesday, October 14th in the Hi-Liner Activity Center lobby 5pm. Josh Johnson Superintendent of the Valley City Public School District will make a few opening remarks and introductions. NDDPI State Superintendent Levi Bachmeier will discuss North Dakota education and legislative priorities as we approach the upcoming 2027 Legislative Session. VCPS School Board President Sherri Horsager and VCEA President Sarah Lerud will give a presentation during the Roundtable discussion. District 24 Legislative remarks will be followed by a Question and Answer session with local legislators. The public is welcome to attend and listen to the District 24 Public Education PK
